OUR METHOD
Ball striking is hard. Our method is simple. In THE SWING LAB the focus is on four fundamentals of ball striking you can't ignore. The four are fundamental but its amazing how few golfers truly understand, have a feel for or even think about them. With better control of these areas of your swing you will strike the ball with authority in all areas of your game.

Before you can improve your swing you need to evaluate your method. Many golfers don't have a method and they need to adopt one. THE SWING LAB developed a method around 4 unavoidable fundamentals of ball striking. The Ball Striking Evaluation session is your opportunity to learn about and evaluate our method. It's also an opportunity for you to evaluate your instructor as well as the facility.

After completing your ball striking evaluation session you now understand there are differences between what you are doing and thinking compared to what your instructor is recommending. Take time to determine if you have found the right instructor, method and facility. If it's a good fit get into a program and get an education in ball striking. Our ball striking education will introduce you to important concepts, drills and training aids that will elevate your practice and eventually your game.

Training may only take weeks but developing as a ball striker takes a lifetime. To further develop and maintain the skills and understanding you have acquired we recommend you accompany training sessions with reiforcement sessions either between training sessions or after a training series is complete.
THE SWING LAB has created reinforcement services to make your practice more effective and consistent.
THE PERFECT START
THE SWING LAB experience starts with an education in ball striking. Following your Initial Ball Striking Evaluation Session and after enrolling in our Fundamentals of Ball Striking Program (which consists of 5/60min. sessions and costs $695) students can take part in any or all of our additional game improvement services. These additional services are affordably priced and were designed to help students continue to improve their swings, fine tune their equipment, enhance their fitness and develop their shotmaking ability.
